The first cancellation is a warning with no fee charged. 

Students can cancel or reschedule lessons within 24 hours prior to the lesson.
 
Students will be charged a cancellation fee to the value of the lesson if the studio is notified within less than 24 hours. 

Students will be charged a reschedule fee to the value of the lesson if the studio is notified within 12 hours or less on the day of their scheduled lesson. 

Students will be charged a No Show Fee at the value of the lesson when a no-show occurs.
